Who we are

This website and the booking account area are operated by Vou Transportes e Serviços Logísticos, Brazilian company ID (CNPJ) 23.321.002/0001-88, Belo Horizonte, Brazil. For anything about your data, contact us on WhatsApp +55 31 98453-9573 or by email at kaiodireito@gmail.com.

What data we process

• Online quotes: pickup and drop-off addresses, date, time, vehicle type and your IP address (used only to prevent abuse).
• Client account: name, email, phone/WhatsApp and Brazilian CPF, or passport number and country for foreign visitors. For companies: legal name, CNPJ, address, legal representative and billing contact.
• Bookings: route, date, passengers, passenger name and phone, flight number, cost center and notes.
• Driver location: only while the driver uses the app with GPS allowed, so you can follow your ride.

Why we use it

To calculate prices, create and manage your account, provide and track your rides, issue receipts and invoices, support you and meet legal and tax obligations, under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD).

Who we share it with

• Your driver: sees the passenger's name and phone. You see your confirmed driver's name, photo, vehicle, plate and phone.
• Supabase: hosts our database, files and sign-in (servers in the United States).
• Google Maps: receives the addresses you type, to suggest places and calculate the route.
• WhatsApp, Instagram (LightWidget) and Google Fonts: receive technical access data when you use them and follow their own policies.

We do not sell personal data.

Cookies and browser storage

We only store what the site needs to work: your sign-in, your language and the quote in progress. If Google measurement tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager or Ads) are turned on, they only set cookies after you click Accept on the banner. You can decline and keep using the site. To change your choice, clear this site's data in your browser.

How long we keep it

While your account is active. Receipts, ride records and tax data are kept for the period required by Brazilian law (usually 5 years).

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, portability, information about sharing and deletion of your data. In your account, go to My profile → Request deletion, or contact us using the details above.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
